Read-only, by design
The assistant cannot create, edit, close, assign or delete anything, and it never acts on its own. It answers questions about your data and nothing more.
The platform · AI assistant integration
Foyer exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. You connect it once over OAuth from an AI assistant such as Claude, then ask questions of your own operational data in plain language — no exports, no BI tool, no SQL. It is read-only, and it only ever sees what the connected account could already see by signing in.
A 20-minute walkthrough on your own locations. We reply within one business day, and every plan is backed by our 30-day guarantee.

Operator dashboard (staff only) — sites, cases and reporting
How it works
From your AI assistant, authorise Foyer the same way you would any other app. There is no key to paste, no export step and no copy of your data sitting somewhere else.
“Which site has the worst equipment fault rate this quarter?” “Is anything about to breach SLA?” “Which of my stores had the most guest reports last week, and what were they?”
The assistant reads through purpose-built tools and answers in a sentence, drawn from the same data your case queue and rollups already show.
A site manager's connector answers about their own sites; an owner's covers the whole estate. Access is enforced on the Foyer side, not in the prompt.
What you get
The assistant cannot create, edit, close, assign or delete anything, and it never acts on its own. It answers questions about your data and nothing more.
Report and issue trends, SLA breaches, open workload, resolution times, repeat problems, per-location rankings, NPS movement, and inspection status.
Foyer implements the Model Context Protocol as specified, so it works with any MCP-capable assistant rather than one vendor's chat window.
It reads the operational data Foyer already holds for you, so there is no export pipeline, BI licence or report builder in between.
In your kind of venue
Ask which floors generate the most engineering work, or how long housekeeping issues take to close by property.
Compare complaint themes and response times across units without building a report for it.
Ask which buildings have overdue maintenance cases or a compliance date coming up.
See which equipment keeps coming back and at which clubs.
Check unattended sites across a region in one question instead of one dashboard per site.
Ask about cleanliness and outage reports by site and shift.
Rank stores on report volume, resolution speed and repeat issues for a district review.

Questions
It is a service implementing the Model Context Protocol, an open standard for giving an AI assistant structured access to a specific system's data. Foyer runs one for your own operational data, so an assistant can answer questions about it directly instead of relying on exports.
Any assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol, including Claude. Because Foyer implements the standard rather than a proprietary plugin, you are not tied to a single vendor.
No. The integration is read-only: it can retrieve and summarise data, and it cannot create, edit, close, assign or delete anything.
Exactly what the connected account could see by signing in, and nothing beyond it. Permissions are enforced on the Foyer side.
No. It reads the data Foyer already holds, so questions are answered without a warehouse, an export pipeline or a report builder.

Unlimited QR placards per location, printed from the app. Guests scan with the phone camera, describe the problem, add a photo if they want and stay anonymous.
Guest experience
Received, being looked at, resolved. The guest follows their own report without an account and without leaving a name.
Guest experience
One-tap visit scoring per location, with standard NPS banding and a response floor before a score is shown.
Running the operation
Every report becomes a worked case: queue by location, assignment, notes with photos, overdue warnings, notifications and a Monday digest for owners.
